Returns for Lease-to-Own Products
– All our products are Lease-to-Own, brand new and come with manufacturer warranty. Once the Lease-to-Own contract with our Financing leasing Snap Finance has been signed and the Consumer has received the item(s) ship by us; we will not exchange or return it!
– If the Consumer seeks to return the merchandise to us for any reason other than warranty and/ or defective good(s), then we will notify Snap Finance of the return and they will contact the customer directly to arrange for the return.
However, if an item is defective upon reception please contact us immediately within 24 hr. For an exchange. We will email you a return shipping label and upon reception of the defective item(s) by us. The replacement should be ship within 7 business days.
